<p>Nominations are a different process controlled by the LNC Secretary. The past couple conventions we used the same tokens for both functions since Ms. Mattson was Secretary and on the COC. This time the COC separated out the debate tokens because the delegates are not really delegates until they check into the meeting on Friday.</p>
