<div dir='auto'>I believe those of us saying it were referring to square one as before the compromise. I can see the confusion though, my apologies.<div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto"><br><div data-smartmail="gmail_signature" dir="auto">John Phillips<br>Libertarian National Committee Region 6 Representative<br>Cell 217-412-5973</div></div></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br><div class="gmail_quote">On May 16, 2020 10:34 PM, Alicia Mattson via Lnc-business <lnc-business@hq.lp.org> wrote:<br type="attribution" /><blockquote class="quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex"><p dir="ltr">I keep hearing people say that my motion would "put us back to square 1,"

which didn't make sense to me. Some that I have talked to today are

completely unaware of the second sentence in my motion. It's NOT just a
<br>
motion to rescind. It chooses a location and a date instead.

So I'm re-posting it in all its glory, and please don't stop reading before
<br>
the second sentence. This is what we are currently voting on, with the

vote ending on Wednesday night:

<br>
"Motion: Rescind in its entirety the motion adopted during the May 9, 2020
<br>
LNC meeting, which called for a convention to begin on May 22, 2020 with
<br>
business conducted online. Instead, in accordance with Bylaw Article 10.1,
<br>
the LNC calls an in-person convention to occur during the dates of July
<br>
8-12, 2020 at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida. "
<br>

I'm not sure how this confusion happened. Whatever the reason, wanted to
<br>
clear that up.
