<div dir='auto'>I was in communication with both SD and MN yesterday, and both should have sent theirs, though I know the convention was a large distraction for everyone.<br><br><div data-smartmail="gmail_signature">John Phillips<br>Libertarian National Committee Region 6 Representative<br>Cell 217-412-5973</div></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br><div class="gmail_quote">On May 24, 2020 5:10 AM, Caryn Ann Harlos via Lnc-business <lnc-business@hq.lp.org> wrote:<br type="attribution" /><blockquote class="quote" style="margin:0 0 0 .8ex;border-left:1px #ccc solid;padding-left:1ex"><p dir="ltr">As far as I can find in my box I received no paperwork for any states in
<br>
Region 8.
<br>
<br>
I received all 12 states for region 1.
<br>
I received all 3 states for region 2.
<br>
I received all 4 states for region 3.
<br>
Region 4 is just CA and it is received.
<br>
I only received NC, PA, and VA for Region 5.
<br>
I received IL, IA, MO, NE, ND, WI for Region 6.
<br>
I received all 5 states for Region 7.
<br>
I did not receive any states for Region 8.
<br>
<br>
I did not yet check if those regions for which I only received partial
<br>
paperwork reached the 10% threshold with just those states.
<br>
<br>
Regionals if you have paperwork in your inboxes of copies that were sent
<br>
let me know. I was deluged with emails yesterday as delegation chairs only
<br>
half followed the instructions to send emails to ballots@lphq.org (and I
<br>
have not gone through that email box at all for regional paperwork but my
<br>
auditors did not alert me to any -- will be going through that over the
<br>
next few days).
<br>
<br>
If there is an appeal, I will join in it. An e-convention in which there
<br>
is no personal contact and new to everyone is not the time to have regional
<br>
agreements due, and further, the rest of the LNC is elected at the
<br>
in-person convention and that is when, IMHO, the regional formations and
<br>
elections should be as well.
<br>
<br>
Let me know.
