<br>
It has become clear that my vision for a second sitting of the Libertarian
<br>
National Convention that maximizes the participation of all delegates from
<br>
the first sitting who wish to participate is no longer shared by Mr. Hayes.
<br>
<br>
In failing to plan for meaningful remote participation by any delegates who
<br>
are unable or unwilling to attend in person and in failing to accurately
<br>
communicate my contractual concerns with the convention contract being
<br>
negotiated with the Rosen hotel group, Mr. Hayes has made it clear that he

is no longer able to serve effectively in his role as Chair of the
<br>
Convention Oversight Committee. As such, I am removing him from the
<br>
Convention Oversight Committee and from the Chair of that Committee,

effective immediately.
<br>
<br>
I would like to publicly thank Mr. Hayes for his dedication and service to
<br>
the Libertarian Party and all of the hard work he has put in to planning
<br>
the convention to this point.

His replacement on the Committee as well as the new Convention Oversight

Committee Chair will be announced under separate cover.

Yours in liberty,
