[Lpk-execomm] Conventions 2019

Hey... well, I didn't do this properly. On our last State ExCom call,
someone said I couldn't turn "in" our Convention plans until after Nov
15 - but that was the deadline to turn it in.
Also, D4 will be meeting on Wednesday 6pm to go over the revisions. We
initially had January and everything was great - until I read the
Constitution.
Would you be interested in sitting on that call to make sure I get it
right? At the bare minimum, can I run some items by you before the call?
I'm certain that I am forgetting stuff.
