[Lnc-business] Motion for the July 15th 2012 LNC meeting - on the name of the Audit Committee

I move that the Audit Committee be renamed to the Audit Oversight Committee,
and all references in the Policy Manual be changed accordingly.

 

My reason:  Clarity is good and additive.  The Audit Committee does not
audit - it oversees the audit.
