[Lnc-business] Non-LNC Applicants for the Audit Committee

Our Bylaws specify that two of the members of the Audit Committee be from
outside of the LNC.  I solicited applicants from the state chairs.

 

As of right now, I have received four applications.  I have attached a file
with their submitted information.  The order presented is the same as the
order received.

 

Only the non-officer members of the LNC can vote, so I will not be placing
these names before the committee, but I trust one of you will.
Additionally, these are the individuals who have submitted their interest
ahead of time.  I will accept additional nominations from the LNC at the
appropriate time on the agenda.

 

I will have thirty printed copies of this document at the meeting.
