Please see Article 7 Section 0 of the LP Bylaws

2012%20JC%20Rules.pdf) ).   Does 2/3 of the LNC have the intestinal 
fortitude to remove Ms. Bennett from her  office for cause?
 
That is the only solution we have to this problem other than her stepping  
and doing the job for which she chose to run and to which the convention  
delegates elected her.

If that is correct, as the Chair suggested earlier, that is so  
astronomically unacceptable that it's hard to know where to begin.
