Having confirmed the below, I currently see no alternative to a formal call
for resignation, followed by a call for suspension if necessary. I have a
great deal of respect for Ruth, and as APRC and committee voting show,
nearly identical views on party direction and strategy. However, we cannot
function as a party if we cannot conduct any business at all.

If anyone has a reason why this is not the appropriate response, or some
mitigating factor, or really any viable alternative, please let me know.
Otherwise, I don't really see any other choice.
