Aug 28, 2014:  LNC Chair appoints ASC Chair

Sept 15, 2014:  ASC Chair appoints three LNC members

Planned Activities for next quarter:  Sept 2014 to March 2015:

.         Committee members are tentatively scheduled to meet one hour prior
to start of Sunday LNC session, Sept 21, 2014 

.         LSLA is scheduled to appoint three members on Sunday, Sept 21,
2014

.         Deliver report on 11/10/2014 to identify and prioritize a ranked
list of needs and interests of state affiliates

.         Develop process to track progress in meeting needs included in
ranked list

.         Deliver budget request to LNC during Dec 2014 meeting in New
Orleans.

o   Policy Manual directive is to develop and support county and state
affiliates

.         Recommend to LNC measures to needs of affiliates that need
assistance
