[Lnc-business] Proposed Agenda for December 13-14 LNC Meeting

Attached in Word and PDF format.

At present, I don't have time blocked out for a site visit for a
potential convention venue.  If Mr. Hayes or someone else has a
proposal for when and how long that would take, I'm flexible on
fitting it in.

Also, this is the first budget meeting I've done with the LNC, so if
my timelines are overly aggressive, let me know where I should modify
before we get to New Orleans.

Lastly, if there is someone who has asked for agenda time that I have
omitted, let me know and I'll modify.  Same for those who meant to ask
but forgot.

At present, we still finish prior to the lunch hour on Sunday, but if
I'd give it a day or two before trying to book an early afternoon
flight out of New Orleans on Sunday.
