Dear colleagues:

     I hope all is well with you.  In a separate message I shall send 
Word files containing my Region 5, campus organizing, and International 
Representative reports, in addition to an Employment Policy and 
Compensation Committee report in my capacity as EPCC chair.  I hope you 
will find the reports to be interesting and informative.

     I apologize that I was unable to send the reports last week.  My 
faculty responsibilities at the University of Virginia have been 
unusually (and unexpectedly) heavy during the fall semester, and I had 
to complete several faculty tasks before preparing the reports.

     As always, thanks for your work for liberty.  I look forward to 
seeing you next weekend.
