Here is Paulies reply to my previous email. Dues exist in the actual
serious party, but are irrelevant.

I find this rather pointless, since we're the more successful party, and in
any case need not copy them, but, again, there it is. Will advocates of a
floor fee who argue from Green practice also advocate to not require dues
to hold party office or run for President?
