I think we should encourage affiliates that do big things like this, and
respect their decision to do it in their way rather than striving for
uniformity of messaging.  As much as each of us is probably married to some
form of messaging, there's no one answer to the best approach.  Affiliates
know their local markets, and in any case, are equally married.  There are
approaches, I think, other than 'libertarian solutions.'  So, I agree with
the members from region 1 and California.
