[Lnc-business] 2015 and 2016 candidates with pledges

Ron Paul won a seat in the US Congress. His vote wasn't enough to cut
government while in Congress. Then he lost two races for President and
inspired thousands to join the fight for liberty. One of the jobs of
many of our candidates is to inspire hundreds or even thousands.
