[Lnc-business] student memberships for $10?

Our current basic dues level is only $25!  That is about 2-3 draft beers on
a Saturday night at the college bars.  I would have to hear a very good
reason why we would offer a $10 non-voting membership to students to be
able to support such a proposal.
