[Lnc-business] student memberships for $10?

I agree with the concept that students are good future recruits. On the
cost side, students tend to be rather indoctrinated.
I don't know how much the price change would impact recruitment. It's more
likely to me that recruitment would be built by having student
organizations that recruit students. But I literally don't know - maybe it
would make a difference. Free food brings students, suggesting that they
don't have much money, but I do see students drop $50 at the bar.
We already have a free membership.
On the other hand, the free membership doesn't carry a vote. On the other
hand, you don't need to be a member to be a delegate. Do our college
students want to run for LNC? Is that a good idea to encourage? I don't
know many million dollar corporations with college students on their
boards, so it doesn't seem like a huge issue.
I like $10 gets you a backpack. Then we get advertising and they pay us.
T-shirts would work too. $10 can also get you, I don't know, time with the
speaker if we ever happen to run an event on your campus?
I have no strong feelings on this.
