I assume these services permit anyone to sit in the virtual peanut gallery
and both watch and listen to the proceedings.
1. Do these services permit us to "lock out" non-LNC members so they can't
vote? I know the Secretary can sort things out eventually, but why
should she have to do that?
2. Do these services permit us to prevent non-LNC members from sending
chat messages?
Obviously they can send a "mass e-mail" to each LNC member individually
during a video LNC Session, but I don' think we should permit non-LNC
members to have their comments mixed in with LNC member's comments in the
chat box.
3. Also - I assume that all of our chat messages will be visible to
the people in the peanut gallery. Is that true?

"Attached is the report from the committee appointed to develop rules for
electronic conferences.
The report generally explains our process, and if you read it in advance,
then we can spend our time during the meeting focused only on the rules we
will be proposing.
I expect we will need at least 30 minutes for this topic, rather than the 10
minutes on the draft agenda, but we can make that time adjustment onsite if
the LNC agrees.
Alicia"
