[Lnc-business] Staff report & possible Who's Driving training at LNC meeting

The staff report is now posted here and is attached:

The LNC adopted of goal of training 300 candidates in "Who's Driving" or 
something similar.

Carla Howell is willing to conduct a session of the training with LNC 
members on sometime Sunday if LNC members are interested. If you finish 
the LNC meeting agenda early, this could be a good time to go right into 
that training. We can discuss it further at the meeting tomorrow.
