[Lnc-business] training might be in San Francisco February 13 or 20

Tomorrow, staff is probably going to finalize the date and location for
our next training event.

We're leaning towards a hotel with reasonable rates (119/night) near the
San Fransisco airport. We're leaning towards the weekend of February 13.
If by some surprise the LNC wants to meet at the same place and time as
our training and is ready to make a decision now, then we could possibly
hold the training February 20 (the weekend the LNC voted for at the
meeting) instead of the 13, but still in San Francisco (if we find out
the hotel is available on the 20th).

My understanding is the LNC wants to meet February 20 at a possible 2018
convention location (which doesn't include S.F. to my knowledge).

Unless I hear significant opposition real quickly, and that opposition
is accompanied with a specific practical plan, I'm going to assume it's
not practical to try and jointly hold the LNC meeting with the next LPHQ
training event.

An example of a specific practical plan would be "I think holding the
LNC meeting at the same time as the training is a great idea. Let's have
the LNC meeting in San Francisco on February 20th weekend."

In this case I'm the bureaucracy, and I've been holding up the training
plans, but I need to let the training plans get finalized so we can plan
the details and start promoting.

No action is required by the LNC on this. Without action, we're likely
to pick February 13 for the training.

Thanks,
