[Lnc-business] What is joint fundraising, as the FEC defines it?

Robert tells me we spent $400 on the last party so spreading risk is unnecessary.
In fact , I'd like to up the food quality.
Probably will cost less than the Phoenix Friday night party. Because we will have it at our own office. In fact, if it's an issue, I'll raise all the funds to cover the cost of the event before the event.
