[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2015-03: Sustain Chair's Ruling Regarding Convention Packages

I vote yes to sustain the ruling of the chair.

However, seeing the point to both sides of this issue, I will propose
language to the Bylaws Committee to clarify the meaning of the
word "gift" to avoid similar future situations.
