[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2015-03: Sustain Chair's Ruling Regarding Convention Packages

Until or unless superseded by Dr. Feldman, I vote to sustain the ruling of
the Chair.

In agreement with Mr. Goldstein, I believe it to be a matter to be
clarified by the Bylaws Committee for presentation to the body at the next
convention.
