[Lnc-business] Rand Paul - best showing of GOP candidates against Hillary Clinton

I also do not think it is safe to count Rand out, speaking as one who
thought McCain had not a chance in 2008. However, those numbers remind me a
comment from Jeb Bush that aRepublican can only win by losing the primary.
I still say it's safer for us to plan on trying to appeal to those who
stand with Rand after he loses the primary than later.
