[Lnc-business] Dates to avoid in February and March?

Ok, if no one else wants to start the process, then I'm seeking co-sponsors
for the following motion:

"The dates for the first LNC meeting of 2016 will be March 5-6. The
meeting will be held at Indianapolis, IN"

There are several LNC members within driving distrance, flights and hotels
are fairly reasonable and there has
been no LNC presense in Indiana since the 2000 Convention.
