[Lnc-business] Dates to avoid in February and March?

If you want the final full-weekend LNC Session of this term to be held,
date-wise, about halfway between the
November LNC Session and the National Convention, then we are talking about
mid-February to Mid-March.
Feb 13 President's Day Weekend, with Valentines Day on Sunday
Feb 20
Feb 27 LP of Alabama Convention, LP of Mississippi Convention, ISIL
Conference
Mar 5 Maybe 20% of College Spring Breaks start this weekend
Mar 12 LP of Illinois Convention, many College Spring Breaks start this
weekend
Since Spring Break means a lot more people flying and probably somewhat
higher air fares, I think the best weekends
for this LNC Session are Feb 20 and March 5.
As an LNC Alternate, I can not co-sponsor motions.
So, I throw out the following idea for a motion. I would appreciate knowing
if this motion has too many choices for staff, or does the moderate
flexibility in date and location make it easier to find a suitable hotel.
"Amendments" are welcome.
"I move that the LNC hold its final full-weekend LNC Session of the
2014-2016 LNC term on the weekend of February 20, 2016 or the weekend of Mar
5, 2016, in one of the following metropolitan areas:
Los Angeles, CA
Orange County, CA
Sacramento, CA
San Francisco-Oakland, CA
San Jose, CA
Albuquerque, NM"

Ok, if no one else wants to start the process, then I'm seeking co-sponsors
for the following motion:
"The dates for the first LNC meeting of 2016 will be March 5-6. The meeting
will be held at Indianapolis, IN"
There are several LNC members within driving distrance, flights and hotels
are fairly reasonable and there has
been no LNC presense in Indiana since the 2000 Convention.
