[Lnc-business] February LNC Meeting

Dear colleagues:

     I hope all is well with you.  The second sentence of my message 
below should read "I am writing to suggest that a poll between Phoenix 
and Oklahoma City would be appropriate, and that the room rates for the 
hotels be provided prior to conducting the poll."
