To answer some of your questions:
A) Your when is correct – 02/20-21 - this was voted on at the last LNC Meeting
B) Where is correct – Phoenix – this was voted on by the EXCOM
C) Hotel – likely the Arizona Grand (we have not seen the actual contract yet but if the terms match up with what Wes sent you all the other day then it is a go)
D) Terms/Rates as previously sent (please let us know if you are not seeing all the business list emails and we can send you a link to where you can recheck):
Rate: $149 single/double
Waived Resort Fee
Breakfast included in Rate for guests ‘staying at’ the hotel

Complimentary Meeting Space
Complimentary Guestroom Internet

Note – once contract is signed it usually takes about a week to get the discount codes so you can make reservations on line or via phone – we will send out link as soon as we have it!
E) We do not set the times – that is up to the Chair and you all when you approve his draft agenda. However as you know it usually runs from about 9 am – 6 pm Sat and 9 am – 2 pm or so Sun
F) Walkthru is likely to be Fri afternoon or Sat during lunch break – we will have HB look into setting these up as soon as we have a contract in place and know for sure we will be at the Grand
G) The Chair usually sends out the proposed agenda a week or so in advance
H) Staff would like to get binder materials by 9 am Mon 02/15 please. These will of course all be posted on line just like the last few times giving you all 5 days or more to review before the meeting. We will provide a small folder with the more important documents and a few complete binders to share for reference.

When you have a moment, could you please summarize the travel details for our February meeting. There were several emails with differing thoughts on the matter. It would be extremely useful to have an official and consolidated email. Apologies if I missed it. Specifically:
Really Need to Confirm ASAP
When: February 19th - 21st (pretty sure that's locked)
What City: Phoenix , Arizona
What hotel: I've heard Arizona Grand Resort?
Room rates: Are there any special room rates? Link to that?
What times: Presumably Saturday 9am - ?, Sunday 9am - ?
If any of the above is still undecided, could the Chair please decide for us? Surely there is no need to include the group on these granular details. We simply need to know what to book.
Would be nice to know
Convention Walkthrough: Is this still possible? One resort? Both? If so when?
Agenda: Anything in particular we can all discuss before hand?
Material: Any specific material we should read before hand?
I would like to make our time as meaningful as possible. I'd imagine everyone else would too. There were a few people that voiced opinions about others not reading material in advance. I believe Mr. Redpath made that comment to others (quite appropriately) regarding the audit report. I have been guilty of this to some degree myself and want to ensure it doesn't happen again.
