[Lnc-business] Letter to all of the Presidential candidates

I consider my letter to be a matter of public record, as well as
whether campaigns agree to the provisions or not. I don't think it is
necessary to release all the communication between the campaigns and
myself and/or the office, though candidates can do as they wish.
