[Lnc-business] Gun Rights/Watch List Resolution - seeking co-sponsors

I think this is, if such a phrase makes sense, among the worst and most
dangerous forms of gun control. It's also among the most insidious, which
is even more disturbing.
I therefore am supportive, but I'd be curious to hear why we are singling
out this issue, among the many offenses against our freedom that are
discussed heavily in the policy world. I don't think anyone would be
surprised to hear we favor gun rights and due process - at least those who
know us, since, after all, one can in fact be surprised more generally by
such a shocking "left and right" combination. I don't think this will be
news to anyone about this party, is what I mean to say.
Perhaps more broadly - what is the purpose of this resolution?
If I can be helped to see this, I will likely cosponsor.
