[Lnc-business] Amended Gun Rights/Watch List Resolution - seeking co-sponsors

David I think that might a bit afield from the intent and Starchild's stays
closer.
So from what I understand there are enough co-sponsors on the Starchild
amendment and on the original. I support both but with the blessing of
the CO Chair prefer the Starchild version which now has:
Starchild, Harlos, Vohra, Demarest
