[Lnc-business] September meeting, prior to asking for co-requestors

4-6 hours is a LOT for an online meeting, especially for the first time a
group uses a new technology. Online meetings are adequate for one or two
narrow subjects at a time.

It is NOT the same as an in-person meeting. Some are dealing with other
distractions like pets, other people, and televisions. There will be
barking dogs, interrupting kids/grandkids, neighbors mowing the yard,
ringing phones, etc. There's usually at least one person who will not
follow the instructions about how to avoid creating an echo for everyone
else. It's really hard to pay attention in those circumstances. Some are
not tech savvy and struggle to participate.

The last time we had one, it was like a game of whack-a-mole for me to keep
background noise out from the microphones of people not speaking who forgot
to self-mute.

Let's not schedule an all-day ordeal. If there are a couple of subjects we
need to take up, fine. But we really should try a 1-2 hour meeting first
before we shoot for the moon.
