[Lnc-business] Motion to Amend the Ballot Access Budget

I share the same questions as Sam and Starchild.

I voted yes on the Motion because - well we are stuck - it needs doing.

But what happened here?  Why are we hearing this now?

And this is a great example of why I push for transparent Committees.

We of course can ask for report, but that is not the same thing.
