Can we find out who can attend this meeting?
It sounds as though Region 3 will not be able to attend. Mr. Bittner has
a packed schedule that weekend and cannot attend, and I fly for work
early on Monday morning (Eastern Time) making a late conference call
unreasonable.
I believe that we have also heard that our Chairman would not be in
attendance, as well.

If we're not going to meet, it would be nice to at least have a few members perhaps weigh in as to why email ballots - which basically exist, so far as I can tell, because in the past the technology for synchronous meetings didn't exist - are a better way to resolve this question, given the parliamentary constraints I mentioned this morning.
