[Lnc-business] Various items of interest

To respond to a specific question of Dr. Lark's question:

"2) I share many of the concerns that have expressed regarding the
proposed contract between the LNC and the Johnson-Weld campaign. I
would appreciate it if Mr. Sarwark would indicate whether both parties
have signed it. (If the signing of the contract by both parties has
been announced, I did not see the announcement.)"

I had executed our copy on behalf of the LNC. We have not, to my
knowledge, received the countersigned copy from the campaign. We are
presently in discussions about a revised version of the agreement that
addresses the concerns that have been raised. I will update the LNC
if/when either the campaign executes their copy of the original
agreement or we execute a revised agreement.
