[Lnc-business] invitation to LNC electronic meeting on 9/25/16

I will argue my case in the meeting.

The one point simply is - the LNC is already this transparent. We must not
be able to avoid this transparency by shunting off into an opaque
committee. These arguments already lost when the fight to keep the LNC
opaque lost.

Pushing it into committees to deny members of the fruits of the victory of
LNC transparency is depriving them.

I will entertain at meeting any reasonable amendment but the core principle
has already been won for members and I will protect their victory.
