This request still cites $12000 as the total amount ultimately need "from
National", although this specific motion is for $5000. It is my
understanding from previous discussion that the LNC couldn't give that much
anyway...$5000 is the limit. In that case, where would the rest come from?
"Mr. Katz and Dr. Phillies are correct; the amount in the motion is
illegal. The contribution limit that the LNC may give a House of
