[Lnc-business] Lack of Follow-Through?

Our LPTexas Secretary keeps a reference manual that lists every motion
passed on a continuing basis. That document is updated regularly, and
posted on our SLEC forum.
If LNC doesn't already have such a thing, I could provide the template, if
the LPTexas Secretary is OK with that...
