[Lnc-business] Lack of Follow-Through?

	In general I'd say LNC responsibilities not specified in the Bylaws should be overseen via a functional, transparent committee system. So I would suggest either assigning the task to an existing committee, or if no current committee seems appropriate, creating a new committee for the purpose.
