[Lnc-business] MOTION: Update Liberty Links page on our website

I agree with Joshua's assessment.  We would not be amending something
previously adopted, such that it takes something other than simple
majority.  Before we adopt the agenda tomorrow morning, a new item can be
added with a simple majority.
