[Lnc-business] 2016 Affiliate Support Committee Report

All,

Here is the report you have all been waiting for.  The Affiliate Support Committee report has arrived.
We essentially cribbed and modified last year's report and deleted some sections that were redundant in other reports and not part of the ASC mandate.  We included a link to Andy Burns report as well which that othesr data.
The raw data for W. Virginia is missing from the workbook but most of it is manually entered and available in the tables and charts and in the Typeform link as their survey was completed shortly before sending this .
