[Lnc-business] Motion:

I have to echo what Sam said. I was about to type something similar when his response came in. I think I am a bigger supporter of this than he is but it just has way too many aspects for an email vote.

At the very least before anybody sponsored a vote on something this complex I think a better idea would be to let the rest of the LNC beat on it, chew it and take it around the block before starting an email vote. SOMEONE will likely find some fatal flaw as the vote is underway and then we need another.. it also goes for the back door on the transparency issue. Let's parse this thing out. Chunk it up and handle it piece by piece.
