[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2017-02: Historic Preservation Committee

[Caryn Ann Harlos]

Thanks for that rule citation - curious how that would work in a body (not
us) that has staggered officer terms.  Off topic here- if anyone has an
answer to that email me.
