[Lnc-business] Historic Preservation Committee Version 2

I am not intending on that paying travel costs. That would be a volunteer
gift. I have a local volunteer who is going to be doing an inventory. I
do not intend for any of those funds to go for anything other than the
records and costs involved with the records. No travel or other expenses.
If people need to raise money to do that, they can do it outside this
budget.
