[Lnc-business] Pre Convention Meeting in NOLA.

If we routinely have meetings once a year at HQ, then the non-HQ meetings
should not be right next door or just outright say to the western regions -
you guys are going to always have to pay more and be disadvantaged.  Suck
it up buttercups.
