[Lnc-business] Motion to name/rename newly formed Social Media Committee.

If you really want an email ballot, we can do that, but I don't think we
need one.  The LNC didn't formally name the committee.  When I wrote the
draft minutes, I dubbed it as the Social Media Review Committee.

I can just as easily insert a word and have the minutes call it the Social
Media Process Review Committee, without a need for an email ballot.

I have the draft minutes ready, but I'll hold them until tomorrow just to
see if anyone promptly objects to my doing that.  I will be surprised if
anyone does.
