[Lnc-business] Convention Oversight Committee Housekeeping

Wouldn't it simply be a matter that the committee has been selected, and
the appointment already happened? So while she would be disqualified from
being placed on the committee in a non-LNC slot now, the appointment was
made before her election to the LNC.
