[Lnc-business] Austin Petersen to run for senate as a republican

As long as our name appears on the ballot line, I'm okay with fusion.
Internally, a party could create rules to limit how often it is used by
requiring some mathematical formula to limit its use based on the number of
other L candidates running, if they were worried about simply becoming an
endorsement clearing house.
