[Lnc-business] Proposed amicus brief: Husted v. APRI

Just fyi, the policy manual instructs the chair to advise all LNC 
members and obtain approval of the E.C. as Nick has suggested he'd do:

2) Authorization of Lawsuits Prior to the filing of a lawsuit, or the 
joining of a lawsuit filed in any court, in which the LNC or the 
national Libertarian Party is proposed to be a named plaintiff, to the 
preparation and filing of a friend of the court brief, or to providing 
material (costing in excess of $1,000) financial support for the 
litigation, the Chair shall: • *Advise all LNC Members *(including 
alternates) of the proposed lawsuit, its purpose, and its estimated 
cost; • Confirm, or seek and obtain approval for, the budgetary 
authority for the expenses of the lawsuit as provided elsewhere in this 
Policy Manual; and • *Seek and obtain approval of the Executive 
Committee for participation in the lawsuit. *
