[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2017-17: FPA Resolution

I vote yes, with the understanding that the U.S. government "begin(ing) a transition" to a "foreign policy" including elements such as "Reducing the size of the U.S. nuclear arsenal to a minimum deterrent level" and "Substantially reducing the more than 700 U.S. military installations around the world" would not preclude further reforms such as getting rid of all government-owned nuclear weapons, and closing all the U.S. government's military bases outside the United States.
